Can I have a sample order for led light?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
How to ship the goods and make the payment?
We will send the goods by EMS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or sea transportation according your order, we usually use the paypal for small amount order, T/T for big order(30% deposit, 70% balance to be paid after inspection), other payment terms also can be accepted.
How to proceed an order for led light?
Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes. We can accept ODM & OEM service, please inform us requirement before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
We offer 3 years warranty.
